Thoroughbred Owners of California (TOC) invites all members to the Northern California Annual Meeting. Due to the COVID-19 restrictions, the general business meeting will be live-streamed allowing you to participate online and / or by phone. This meeting gives TOC directors an opportunity to bring the membership up to date on important issues and will include a question-and-answer session.
