The Thoroughbred Owners of California (TOC) is hosting an orientation for new owners at Santa Anita on Saturday, February 22, at 11:00 a.m. The orientation is open to the public and is geared towards new & prospective owners. We will visit the following offices for quick introductions and a brief Q&A to help become familiar with the ins & outs of the track: Receiving Barn, CHRB, Paymaster, Racing, CARMA & the Track Photographer.
We will begin in the TOC office at 11:00 a.m.
