Thoroughbred Owners of California (TOC) invites all members to the Southern California Annual Meeting on Saturday, August 12 at 8:30 a.m. in the Veranda Café at Del Mar Racetrack. The general business meeting will allow directors an opportunity to bring the membership up to date on important issues and will include a question-and-answer session. Award presentations will also be made to the winners of the annual Owner Awards. A complimentary buffet breakfast will be served.
