Thoroughbred Owners of California (TOC) invites all members to the Southern California Annual Meeting. Due to the COVID-19 restrictions, the general business meeting will be live-streamed allowing you to participate online and / or by phone. This meeting gives TOC directors an opportunity to bring the membership up to date on important issues and will include a question-and-answer session. Award presentations will also be made to the winners of the annual Owner Awards.
Instructions on how to participate will be emailed to you the day before the event. Please note that your CHRB license MUST be current in order to participate.
