Thoroughbred Owners of California (TOC) invites all members to the Southern California Annual Meeting. The general business meeting will allow directors an opportunity to bring the membership up to date on important issues and will include a question-and-answer session. Award presentations will also be made to the winners of the annual Owner Awards, and a complimentary buffet breakfast will be served. THIS WILL BE AN IN-PERSON EVENT IN ACCORDANCE WITH LOCAL HEALTH AUTHORITY PROTOCOLS.

REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED. Those that make reservations and include a guest, must arrive together for security checkpoint (see below). Your CHRB license must be current during the time of the event.

PARKING & SECURITY CHECKPOINT: Everyone must enter through the Fire Gate off of Jimmy Durante Blvd. Once you have registered for this event, your name will be added to DMTC’s entrance list under “TOC Annual Meeting.”

Please Note:

• This event does NOT include admission to the races.
• Since Del Mar Thoroughbred Club is a state-owned property they must follow the guidance given to them by the state and the health department. Due to these regulations, once the meeting ends, we ask that you please make your way off the grounds. This includes the parking lot.
