The Thoroughbred Owners of California (TOC) is hosting an orientation for new owners at Golden Gate Fields & Santa Anita on Saturday, February 22, at 11:00 a.m. The orientation is open to the public and is geared towards new & prospective owners. We will visit the following offices for quick introductions and a brief Q&A to help become familiar with the ins & outs of the track:
– CHRB – Paymaster – Racing – CARMA – Track Photographer
