On Saturday, October 20, more than 70 TOC members and guests attended the 2018 Northern California Annual Meeting at Golden Gate Fields. Attendees heard a State of TOC Address by CEO & President, Greg Avioli. They also had the opportunity to meet and chat with TOC board members and staff as well as participate in a lively question and answer session. The meeting was followed by an award presentation to 2017 Rookie of the Year, Jeffrey VanDrie.
