On Saturday, August 12, TOC members and guests attended the 2023 Southern California Annual Meeting at Del Mar. Following the buffet breakfast, attendees heard a State of TOC Address by CEO & President, Bill Nader. Attendees also had the opportunity to meet and chat with TOC board members and staff as well as participate in a lively question and answer session.
