The Thoroughbred Owners of California (TOC) is hosting orientations for new owners at Santa Anita & Golden Gate Fields on Saturday, February 23, at 11:00 a.m. The orientations are open to the public and is geared towards new & prospective owners. We will visit the following offices for quick introductions and a brief Q&A to help become familiar with the ins & outs of the track: CHRB, Paymaster, Racing, Track Photographer & CARMA.
